Please do not attempt to interfere with the site, submit automated or fraudulent enquiries, or use the contact details published here to send unsolicited marketing.

Prices and quotations

Any prices shown on this website, including the ranges on our storage prices page, are estimates published to help you plan. They are not an offer and they are not binding.

Your actual price depends on the unit size, the rental period, availability at the time and any collection, packing or delivery services you request. The written quotation we send you is the price that applies, and it is valid for the period stated on it.

We may correct an obvious pricing error even after a quotation has been sent, and we will tell you before anything is confirmed.

Size guidance is an estimate

The unit sizes, dimensions and capacity examples on this website, including our storage unit size guide, describe what a size typically holds. They are a guide, not a guarantee.

How much fits into a unit depends on the shape of your furniture, how safely items can be stacked, whether anything can be dismantled and how much access space you need. Send an item list and photographs for a recommendation based on your actual belongings.

Enquiries and availability

Sending an enquiry does not reserve a unit, and it does not create a contract. A booking exists only once we have confirmed it in writing and you have accepted the quotation and the storage agreement.

Units, sizes and collection dates are subject to availability at the time of booking.

Collection and access information

Where we describe collection from an area, building or community on this website, we are describing service coverage. It does not mean we operate a facility inside that development, and it does not confirm that collection from your specific address is possible.

Collection depends on vehicle access, parking, lift availability and any approval your building requires. Please give us the complete address and access conditions so we can plan accurately. The facility and collection arrangement that apply to your booking are the ones stated in your quotation.

Items we cannot store

Certain items cannot be accepted into storage. These commonly include illegal goods, hazardous or flammable materials, explosives, perishable food, live plants, animals, unsealed liquids and damp belongings.

The complete prohibited-items list forms part of your storage agreement. Ask us for it before you pack, and tell us in advance about anything unusual, regulated, high-value or temperature-sensitive so we can confirm whether it can be accepted.

We take care to keep this website accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that every page is complete, current or free of error at all times. Content may be updated without notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from your use of this website.
